CozyPaw Wholesale is a family-run pet apparel manufacturer. For more than a decade we've been designing soft, durable knitwear that keeps dogs and cats comfortable through every season — and helping boutique brands, pet retailers and subscription boxes bring that comfort to their own customers.

    One loom, one pup

    Founder Mei knit her rescue beagle a sweater that actually fit. Friends asked for one. Then their friends did too.

  2. 2017

    First wholesale line

    We shipped our first 12-piece boutique capsule to a Brooklyn pet boutique. It sold out in three weeks.

  3. 2020

    Organic cotton program

    Switched 100% of our core knitwear to GOTS-certified organic cotton and recycled yarn blends.

  4. 2023

    OEM & ODM launch

    Launched a full private-label service: custom yarn, custom patterns, branded labels and packaging.

  5. 2025

    Global warehouses

    Opened bonded warehouses in Los Angeles and Rotterdam to shorten replenishment lead times for partners.

Our process

How a CozyPaw sweater gets made.

Every collection moves through the same five hand-checked stages. The result is a piece that looks better after a hundred washes than it did on day one.

  1. Material sourcing. Organic cotton, recycled yarn and OEKO-TEX certified trims, all from named suppliers we visit in person.
  2. Pattern & fit testing. We test on 14 breeds across three weight classes before a pattern is signed off.
  3. Hand finishing. Loom knitting with hand-linked seams — no itchy edges, no loose threads.
  4. Quality inspection. Every piece is reviewed by a senior maker against a 22-point checklist.
  5. Branded packaging. Recyclable mailers, custom hang tags and optional FSC-certified gift boxes.
